What you're actually paying for

Every order placed through Swagodin has two cost components. We're transparent about both.

Printful production cost

The actual cost Printful charges to produce and ship each item. This flows directly through our platform. We show you this cost before confirming any order. Volume discounts from our pooled account pass through to you.

Swagodin platform margin

A small markup on the Printful cost covers platform operations. This is set by Swagodin admin per product, not by Printful's API. Exact rates are provided when you set up your account.

Common questions

Is there a free trial?

Mode 3 accounts can be created for free. You only spend balance when recipients claim. Create an account, set up your packs, and top up when you're ready to distribute.

What happens if my balance runs out?

For regular flows, new claims are blocked when balance is insufficient. For campaigns, the budget is held upfront so you can't over-distribute. You'll receive email alerts well before running empty.

Do I pay Printful directly?

No. All fulfillment runs through Swagodin's Printful account. You top up your balance and we handle the Printful billing. This is what enables volume discounts to compound across all clients.

Can I use my existing Shopify store?

Yes — that's Mode 2. Connect your store to our API, design your products in our portal, and start pushing orders. Shopify, WooCommerce, or any custom platform.

How does the branded subdomain work?

Add a CNAME record pointing swag.yourcompany.com to portal.swagodin.com. We handle SSL. Recipients will see your domain, not ours.
